Public Notice of Meeting
The North Hampton Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, January 19, 2000, at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall to hear the following:
New Cases:
Case 2000:01 Sharyl & Gerald A. Murphy, 5 Exeter Road, Map 14 Lot 104, requests a variance to Article 5, Section 507, for permission to start home occupation in R1 zoning.
Case 2000:02 Richard Luff, 22 North Road, Map 17 Lot 108, requests a variance to Article IV, Section 403, variance to conduct business in R-2 Zone.
Case 2000:03 Dave Frietas, 28 Ocean Boulevard, Map 1 Lot 44, requests a variance to Article 4 Section 409.9, for putting in emergency exit within 75 feet of wetlands for second floor, as recommended by Fire Department and insurance company.
Case 2000:04 Karl Merrill, 20 Lafayette Terrace, Map 21 Lot 14, requests a variance to expand a non conforming use of this property.
Case 2000:05 Al's Seafood, 51 Lafayette Road, Map 7 Lot 59, for appeal of Administrative Decision.
Case 2000:06 TSR Realty, LLC, for property located at 77 Lafayette Road, Map 13 Lot 32, for a variance to Article IV, Section 406 for construction of an egress door in basement within the 35' setback, Article V Section 501.2 for expansion of non-conforming use.
